Cheryl Cole Fashion
It is well agreed that Cheryl Cole is now seen as a fashion & style icon for many young women. You only have to browse over the cover of Look Magazine (published in UK) over the past few months to see the popularity of this celebrity and her influence on the target audience of Look magazine. Cheryl Cole is someone that a lot of young women can relate to. Designers love to see Cheryl in their dresses as so many women can relate to Cheryl.
It was not always this way for Cheryl Cole though. A search of images from the early noughties show Cheryl in an array of combats, cropped tops and dodgy hair dos. Those days are long behind her now though and we are more used to seeing Cheryl Cole on the red carpet or on stage in a fab dress by one world famous fashion designer or another. Frequently when Cheryl Cole is photographed in a dress, demand for her look is so high that the dress will be available on fashion websites all over the world in a very time.
Cheryl is now rarely photographed looking anything but her best and indeed even during the trying times that saw the end to her marriage to Ashley Cole, Cheryl always appeared to pay attention to her image and managed to avoid those “bad hair days”.
One of Cheryl Cole’s favourite fashion designers is Alexander McQueen (a fashion house also loved by Kate Middleton) but she has also been photographed in dresses by Matthew Williamson, Stephane Rolland, 3.1 Phillip Lim and Herve Leger. Cheryl has also been photographed in a Victoria Beckham dress recently.
Cheryl Cole is now involved in designing her own shoe range. Available exclusively at an online retailer, they are already very popular and showing that the one-time music show contestant has made her name in the world of fashion. The shoe collection launched in December 2011 at stylistpick.com.
There were some reports in the celebrity magazines shortly after the launch of Cheryl’s shoe collection that Victoria Beckham was less than enthusiastic about the career path being pursued by Cheryl Cole. It was reported that Cheryl Cole responded by saying that if she moved into the design of dresses and other fashion clothing, it would be for a younger market.
Regardless of how one feels about Cheryl Cole, it has to be said of her that she is a survivor and fighter and is prepared to do whatever is necessary to ensure that she maintains her hard-won celebrity status and she will be romancing the red carpet in killer dresses for the foreseeable future.
